A package is one order RxRelay processed in the calendar month, whether it went to your fleet or to a carrier.
  • On-site agent. Watches the pharmacy system's export folder and sends every order within seconds. Signed Windows installer that updates itself.
  • PrimeRx ingestion and routing rules. Same-day or next-day by cutoff, in-zone to your fleet, out-of-zone to a carrier label. Rules per pharmacy.
  • OnFleet and ShipStation dispatch. Orders land in your OnFleet courier account with each pharmacy as its own client. Carrier shipments go out through ShipStation.
  • Proof of delivery, captured back. Photos, signatures, scan events, and driver notes stored under the pharmacy, searchable by Rx number, patient, or tracking number.
  • Operator alerts. Know when an order fails or an agent goes quiet before the pharmacy calls.
  • Billing for you and your pharmacies. A dashboard for your operation and one for each pharmacy owner you invite.
  • Built for PHI. Business associate agreement, mandatory two-factor sign-in, audited access.

The fine print, in plain words.

What counts as a package?

One order processed in a calendar month, regardless of status or where it was routed. If we parsed it, stored it, and attempted delivery, it counts. Tiers reset at the start of each month.

What is a connected location?

A pharmacy that has an upload token and can send orders. Locations you've created but not yet connected cost nothing.

Do the pharmacies pay, or do I?

The courier is our customer. The per-location line is itemized so you can pass it through to a pharmacy if that's how your contracts work.

Is there a minimum?

The platform fee is the minimum. One connected pharmacy doing a few hundred packages bills about $600.

Can pricing change on me?

Pricing changes take effect at the start of a month and never rewrite a month already billed. Your billing page shows the schedule you're on and since when.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. Every customer signs a business associate agreement before orders flow.
